A longtime, respected member of the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations, Roseanne J. Moran’s experience in law is well-diversified, having worked in the legal field over the course of four decades on behalf of law firms, clients and lenders in real estate and trust proceedings. During her career, she’s also worked in various capacities with a virtual Who’s Who of Buffalo-area businesses, among them M&T Bank and Rich Products Corporation.

 She’s also instructed aspiring paralegal students in Bryant & Stratton College's paralegal classes Real Property Law and Introduction to Law, Research & Ethics courses.

Her various positions and experience are what allow her to place herself in the shoes of her clients, meaning her counsel comes from a place of empathy, compassion, knowledge and a continuing drive to place her clients’ needs first.

A Buffalo-area native, Ms. Moran completed the Adelphia University (Huntington, NY) Lawyer’s Assistant Program in 1989 before attending the University at Buffalo for undergraduate studies. She then went on to obtain her law degree (Juris Doctor) from UB School of Law in 1999, graduating in the top 10% of her class with cum laude honors.

During her studies, she got an early start on her law career as a legal assistant with the law firm of Cahn, Wishod, Wishod & Lamb (Melville, NY) and Gregory Pope & Associates (Lockport, NY), and later was a collateral review specialist and loan administrator with Fleet Bank and M&T Bank.

From 1998-2005, Ms. Moran was an associate with Buffalo-based law firm of Magavern Magavern Grimm LLP and in 2005, went on her own and eventually became a partner with the Campbell, Bolas & Moran law firm in Clarence, NY.   She has operated her own law practice in Amherst, NY since June 2009.
